Our innovative platform is designed to revolutionise the way schools and teachers find each other, providing a seamless experience that saves time, money, and effort. Created by teachers and parents to provide a fairer, hassle-free and transparent platform for recruiting highly skilled and experienced teachers on a supply basis. Our platform puts schools and teachers in control, linking highly qualified teachers directly with schools, with no supply agency fees, which is fairer for schools and teachers. All our teachers are registered and approved on our platform in line with DfE safer recruitment guidelines, providing confidence to schools that you can recruit teachers direct on a short term or long term supply basis with Teacher-Direct.

For Teachers
- Sign up and create a free account
You will then be able to provide documentation for our vetting checks. All teachers are verified and added to the platform once we have completed our checks, in line with the DfE Safer Recruitment guidance. As part of this process we will also carry out an enhanced DBS check. There is no charge for teachers who use the DBS update service
- Create your profile
Once you have created your account you can then create your profile to make yourself directly available to schools that need your skills. You can select your preferred Key Stage, specialist subjects and your location. You can also select your availability on your calendar and location preferences. You can select your own daily rate so that schools can see your direct rate with no agency fee overheads
- Get work and get rewarded
Once your account has been verified and safer recruitment checks have been completed, schools can then hire you directly, at your selected daily rate, with full transparency. Your fee will be paid directly into your account.
For Schools
